She Takes the Cake
For the second year in a row Grandma happened to be visiting us during her birthday. Grandpa was still back in Indonesia, but he sent a lovely bouquet of roses in honor of his wife's special day. Since Penelope has now had sufficient practice in the birthday party realm, she was ever so eager to join in with the birthday wishing, song singing, and cake partaking. Especially the cake part.
